    My favourite property in Miami Beach. Pay TV, a study table, and an iPod dock available in the standard room. Excellent, fantastic location in the great area. Besides, excellent for visiting Collins Avenue.

    I thought the pool/beach and food quality was good.

    Our toilet clogged one night and left our bathroom in a poor state! I also did not enoy having a substantial amount of money pre-authorised on my credit card after check out. This is an inconvenience to travellers who need to have available funds on credit.

    We loved the beach service and spent our days lounging by the beautiful pool area. We also visited Zoo Miami, super fun, and took a thrilling airboat tour at Sawgrass Recreation Park. The vibe was perfect for our group getaway.

    One bummer was the front desk staff. They felt rude and unhelpful when I tried to make a reservation. That put a bit of a damper on our overall experience.

    Thoroughly enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean iconic hotel. I had a perfect room with lovely bed and a mini fridge bar, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing table. The pool was amazing and I had complimentary drinks in the lobby bar. Moreover, there was private parking.

    You have no choice of bed type on the Booked.net for this hotel.That's why I had a problem during the the check in describing the staff that I want king bed. Staff in check in desk is too ambitious.

    I enjoyed a soothing massage at the spa that allowed me to relax. The staff at the pool set up my chair in my favorite spot even before I arrived, showcasing the thoughtful service I appreciate. It felt cute, just like home in Rome.

    I noticed some areas, like the fitness center, could use more equipment. There were minor bumps with housekeeping that were understandable given the recent reopening.

    The hotel staff was excellent. They were ready to help in any case we need. The hotel itself located right next to the beach and we could go to the seaside in less than 3 min. We loved the hotel so much that althoug we had prepaid another hotel in orlando, we checked out one day earlier so that we could stay one more night in this perfectly nice hotel. Thanks very much to everbody who made our stay in miami unforgettable. One and only place to stay in miami beach...

    Everything was great about this hotel. We had the best service ever, the staff was so friendly and professional. It's so strange to me that people complain about the staff being too nice at this hotel. After living a poor service in Spain, it's a great pleasure to be treated like that. They even have a stereo in the room for Ipod/Iphone so you can have your own party in the room. Great breakfast, super comfy beds, right in front of the ocean and close to the best clubs and restaurants in town. Loved it!!!

    We had an amazing day at the zoo, where my kids loved feeding the giraffes and riding camels. The beach access was perfect, and the staff was super friendly, especially Faye, who made our daughter's birthday special with gifts and attention. Everything was spot on.

    In my kids' opinion, better bedding would be great.
